Very hard to spot but I think it was on 'Seeds of Warriors' - And the sample was me saying "What the?" during the old Gibs sketch - "Blind Date". Was I right?
nope - it's the right track but it's a sample of you banging a biro on a table and singing a kinda bassline --- dum dum de dum dum de dum dum --- that kinda sound! Anyway --- that's a little tip of the hat to the Gibs. That YS pic of you has also made it onto the collage that adorns the CD cover ;-)
I'm glad you like the tracks anyway - the second one, dwellers in silence is one of my faves - it's fairly slow paced on the whole. If you compare that track to your track rotation there not a million miles away from each other.

0=2 is the first name that pops up on my iPod. Whenever I just press play it's the first thing to come on - and I wouldn't want it any other way.
The track reminded me of mike paradinis, richard d james, zappa(!) and a bit of nyman, glass etc. thrown in for good measure.
I love it, great for the tube.
Wow, this blog is really flying!

Oh, I mean't all 3. He he...
did you spot the hodgie sample?

I'm flattered.
You know, I thought it might have been that tapping sample but wasn't entirely sure.
Can't wait for more of your stuff.
yeah - well there's 22 tracks on the CD - I just need to get the cover printed and burn the discs - god help you all! ;-)
