Help Yourself to a Serving of Giblet Broth...

...but don't have too much or you might make yourself sick!

These recordings, fuelled by copious amounts of Mayfield lager and Juvenile filth, took place on Jase's 17th birthday. They were taped on to two promo tapes, one for a french language course and one for a rock and roll hits compilation.

PLEASE NOTE - There is some offensive material on here, heavily influenced by Derek & Clive's Ad Nauseum - you have been warned!

Kids Ey? I remember feeling normal at the time. But what an annoying little bastard I was...
Although there's some funny classic bits on here, especially Question Slime - I officially disown all the offensive stuff and put it down to the naiveity of childhood. I hope people don't take any of this too seriously...

I think it depends what mood you are in - you can take it all too seriously and be quite embarrassed and appalled or you can remember what it was like to be 17 and railing at the world!!!! I have listened to this and cringed but I have also listened to it and laughed my ass off at its sublime humour!!! or summin like that...

I agree, but I'm finsing it hard to remember what it was like to be 17!

it was a larf!!!! - do you know any seventeen year olds - trust me, I work with some and they are just as vulgar and full of insane energy --- it's natural!! I don't think you were annoying, I think you were a funny guy!

What do you now classify as offensive?

For example - unrecorded GWF song:

"When Hitler left the gas on,
There was a great to do,
He meant to heat his pasty,
But gassed five million Jews."

Another unrecorded GWF tune called "Ethiopians":

"They look so fat,
But they're really thin.
They're just bloated up with oxygen".

I guess I always thought you were meant to listen ironically though, even then.

well, yeah -- that is pretty offensive --- bad taste and all that. kinda reminds me of M.O.D. if you ever heard of them.

Anyway, a wise man once said (Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden aka the Air Raid Siren) that one should never try and disguise or be ashamed of their past work no matter how bad it is! It is all just part of the journey you took to be the wonderfully realised and devastatingly handsome human being that you are today. If you had not let out that pent up energy pretending to be pummeled by Barry Lee's Wok then you would probably be a right minger by now, and smelly too.

I think most people would agree that what they thought was funny when they were a teenager doesn't always seem funny when you are in your 30s. But I have to admit I was pissing myself on several occasions when recording these tracks - a few cans of mayfield and some toast toppers are perhaps required to gain the most illumination subtley interwoven between the sullied underwear of chaos - or summin like that!

Did Bruce Dickinson say that about Barry Lee's Wok? I'll take it all back...
