Wow. You've been well busy innit? There are actually some compilations missing though - Santaphobia 1, 2 and 3. I only have 3 - which is really interesting because it has stuff on it from the mid to late 90s when we're all being very serious but still didn't have decent equipment to make music with.
I have the tape, but not the original cover... Will have to hunt it down.
Couple of points about Chaos 1. The track "Commode" by the GWF is actually called "Fuck Off" and "I'm Dying", credited to Jon Jugulation is by The Bricks.
